With a dream and an ambition to be a businessman since a high school student, Mr. SY Ratna,
decided to establish a company named Syvun Realty in June 2015. It has been issued a license
by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Kingdom of Cambodia. Our activities are under the
Cambodian laws.

A new and young realty company. We are pioneering all challenges to be a leader in the industry
by providing enhanced services, relationship and profitability. We will give all our staff the
opportunity to become shareholders by working hard and smart and adopting the ownership
spirit. In doing so, we believe our staff will care about the company’s image, profitability and
clients. They will go the extra mile without being asked to. We will build the opportunity for
young people to grow up, and help to promote a sustainable and desirable economy in society.
